Ryan’s Circle of Giving

We take part in the RCG Inner Circle Networking Group comprised of business people who donate to the Ryan’s Circle of Giving charity. This charity is based around Ryan Gordon who’s constant esophageal aspiration throughout his young life caused Ryan to develop chronic lung disease, for which he was treated as if he had Cystic Fibrosis. Ryan passed away from cancer March 2006 and he made sure his college tuition was donated to the places that helped him.

This group focuses on exchange sponsored activities designed to benefit, award and develop our nation’s youth, promote crime prevention, serve senior citizens and recognize military and public safety service providers. We sponsored and participated in their golf tournament.

Our donations went to the Manchester Area Conferences of Churches to purchase meat for the Community Kitchen Program.
Firefighters Charitable Foundation

Donation given to provide aid to those in wake of fire or disaster. Used for specialized medical equipment, short term housing, food and supplies, temporary mortgage payments, scholarship funds and many other charitable outreaches.
PMC – Pan Mass Challenge

We’re a proud sponsor of the PMC Pan Mass Challenge. The PMC is a fully supported bike-a-thon to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
William Raveis Charitable Organization

We’re a proud sponsor of the William Raveis Crawl for a Cure event meant to benefit the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. The organization is dedicated to finding a cure for cancer.

Yesterday SIS staff participated in WAIM’s Walk for Warmth in Willimantic, Ct helping to raise funds and awareness for WAIM’s energy assistance fund. It was beautiful to see everyone gathered for such a great cause!
The Exchange Club of Portland Homeowners Meeting – November 2018
We were honored to speak with The Exchange Club of Portland homeowners about failed concrete, mold and water intrusion earlier this week.

The Exchange Club of Portland is a place to create new and lasting friendships with men and women who care about their community and a feeling of personal satisfaction and accomplishment through service to others. The array of Exchange-sponsored programs and projects has made an impact on enhancing the lives of the people of Portland and surrounding communities.

The 9th Annual BHHS Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament – June 2016
Sherwood Inspection Services, LLC recently participated in the 9th Annual BHHS Sunshine Kids Golf Tournament on Wednesday, June 8th in Hebron. It was a great day spent with the realtors, and all for a great cause!

Keller Williams RED Day Event – May 2016
SIS was proud to donate to the Keller Williams RED Day event, which took place May 12th in Farmington at Camp Courant! RED Day, standing for Renew, Energize, and Donate is Keller Williams annual day of service, all of the realtors spend the day volunteering in their community. It was a great day for an even better cause!
“Sarah Stops Hunger” was a part of the event in Farmington. As a group, everyone packaged almost 13,000 meals for children right here in Connecticut! We spent the day staining all the wood furniture on the camp property, including these picnic tables.
We also attended the Keller Williams RED Day event in Springfield at The Boys & Girls Club and spent the day painting the walls in the building.
