The SIS Training Center

The Sherwood Inspection home inspection training center is an addition to our main HQ building that will host state of the art training, AV equipment, and supplies. Our school, home inspection courses and individual classes have been approved by the state of Connecticut, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and national requirements. EPA classes will be taught as well as continued education programs for realtors.

Training Center Features

Our training center features both in-person and virtual classes as well as business development meetings for inspectors, interns, and realtors. 

We have state-of-the-art tablets, smart TVs, and real equipment to work with such as furnaces, water heaters, electrical panels, AC equipment, fireplaces and more. This coupled with the office building being a home built in 1881 gives us the perfect training ground for interns and inspectors.

We have plenty of space for meetings and training seminars for realtors where we can provide Continuing Education (CE) classes, meetings, and training seminars. Each class will come with food, drinks, handouts, and props used for teaching purposes. We also have virtual capabilities so the student can do their inspection training online.
